Cancellation Policy

Your business is valued and your cooperation is appreciated. We are making a commitment to you to guarantee your appointment time and refusing all other requests once you have made the appointment.

We will require a $90 non-refundable booking fee when making your appointment that will be credited to your initial treatment. This is a non-refundable booking fee. You may change your appointment as necessary (see next paragraph), however, if you decide to cancel the appointment, the booking fee is non refundable.

A 24 hour notice is required to re-schedule any appointments including gift certificate sessions. Missed or no-show appointments will result in your being charged the full amount of the session booked.

Depending on our booking schedule, late appointments may not receive the full session allotted for the treatment service booked: Full payment is required.

Emergency cancellations are determined at the practitioner’s discretion.

We will ask that you sign this cancellation policy prior to any services being rendered.
